Building an Automated Global Renewals Engine // November 2016

Scott Thomas and Mike Nink were recently invited to speak at Technology Services World (TSW) Las Vegas. Hosted by the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the three-day conference welcomed the most respected leaders in sales, product design, and marketing technology.

As the premier revenue growth agency in Austin, Intelechy was tasked with rejuvenating Dell’s Warranty Expiration Notification (WEN) program. Created in 2011, the program proactively notifies customers before contracts expire via digital marketing, email, and direct mail to maximize Dell’s renewal revenue. Intelechy realized a new sales and digital marketing strategy was necessary in order to successfully launch the program worldwide. Through organizing the existing internal infrastructure and data systems, onboarding email marketing vendors, developing a contact cadence, and generating content combinations, WEN now engages with customers in 49 countries and in 28 languages.
